文献计量学视角下我国公共卫生领域科技成果统计分析 被引量:2

Statistics and analysis of scientific and technological achievements in the field of public health from the perspective of bibliometrics

摘要 目的了解我国公共卫生领域科技成果的发展现状和科研水平。方法以中国知网科技成果数据库作为数据源,从文献计量学视角对2001—2019年全国公共卫生科技成果进行统计分析,挖掘公共卫生领域的发展趋势、核心机构、科技成果、前沿热点。结果非典疫情以来,国家高度重视公共卫生科技管理。2014—2019年,科技成果登记数量呈下降趋势。科技成果主要分布在上海、浙江、河北等省份;内容侧重于医学卫生政策法规制定、医学与卫生学;产出机构集中在疾病预防控制中心和检验检疫机构;研究热点聚焦于流行病、传染病的应急与预防,公共卫生服务,公共卫生信息化建设等。结论应加强公共卫生管理,鼓励更多的医疗机构、社区机构、科研机构等投入到公共卫生核心技术的研发中,利用人工智能、大数据技术使公共卫生信息化建设互联互通。 Objective To reveal the development status and scientific research level of scientific and technological achievements in the field of public health in China.Methods Taking the scientific and technological achievements database as the data source,the national scientific and technological achievements of public health from 2001 to 2019were statistically analyzed from the perspective of bibliometrics,so as to explore the development trend,core institutions,scientific and technological achievements level and cutting-edge hotspots in the field of public health.Results From SARS pandemic,China attached great importance to public health science and technology management.The number of science and technology registration showed a downward trend from 2014 to 2019.Scientific and technological achievements were mainly distributed in Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Hebei,etc.The contents were mainly the formulation of medical and health policies and regulations,medicine and hygiene.The output institutions were concentrated in the centers for disease prevention and control,and inspection and quarantine institutions.The research hotspots were focused on the emergency and prevention of epidemics and infectious diseases,public health services,and public health information construction,etc.Conclusion In the future,it is hoped that all parts of China will strengthen public health management,encourage more medical institutions,community institutions,and scientific and research institutions to invest in the research and development of public health core technologies,and use artificial intelligence and big data technology to make public health information construction interconnected.
