摘要
"枫桥经验"是成功化解基层社会矛盾的本土经验典范,发挥"枫桥经验"是我国政法条线机关的一项基本任务,但检察机关应如何运用发扬这一经验,尚存在诸多理论与实践困境。以G基层人民检察院为分析样本可知,围绕检察工作主责主业开展"枫桥经验"创新实践已有了一定的突破。但是,当前仍然存在理论认知不足、主责主业切入困难、多元力量发挥不足等突出问题。完善路径在于,以提升检察工作综合能力为抓手,推动矛盾多元化解以落实主责,深化法律预防机制以构建综合治理机制等,以期为检察机关践行"枫桥经验"提出可资借鉴的实施路径。
"Fengqiao Experience"is a model of local experience for successfully resolving grass-roots social contradictions.The use of"Fengqiao Experience"is one of the basic tasks of China’s political and legal Organs.However,there are many theoretical and practical dilemmas in how the procuratorate should use and develop this experience.Taking the grass-roots people’s procuratorate of G as an analysis sample,we can see that there has been a certain breakthrough in carrying out the"Fengqiao Experience"innovative practice around the main responsibility of the procuratorial work.However,there are still outstanding problems such as insufficient theoretical cognition,difficulty in entering the main responsibility,and insufficient multi-force development.The improvement path is to take the promotion of the comprehensive ability of procuratorial work as the starting point,promote the diversified solution of contradictions to implement the main responsibility,deepen the legal preventive mechanism to build a comprehensive governance mechanism,etc.,with a view to put forward a possible implementation path as a reference for the procuratorial organs to implement the Fengqiao Experience.
