摘要
以山东省246家蔬菜家庭农场为调查对象,采用技术接受模型和选择实验方法,深入探讨各类补偿方式对蔬菜家庭农场参与秸秆还田意愿的影响。研究发现:1)成本、技术、保险和服务补偿均对蔬菜家庭农场参与秸秆还田意愿有影响,在各类补偿方式下,农场愿意参与中等程度(面积25%~75%)还田实践。2)大规模蔬菜家庭农场参与秸秆还田的意愿更高,技术和保险补偿的激励效果更大;而成本和服务补偿则更能促进小规模农场参与秸秆还田。3)在激励家庭农场参与秸秆还田过程中,成本补偿和技术补偿、服务补偿呈现互补效应,当技术补偿和服务补偿程度较低时,成本补偿的激励效果将减弱;技术补偿和服务补偿之间则具有替代效应,优化两种补偿方式均能缓解秸秆还田的技术约束。
In this paper,a total of 246 vegetable family farms in Shandong province were selected as the investigation objects,and the selection experiment method and technology acceptance model were used to analyze the compensation modes of family farms adopting straw incorporation.The results showed that:1)Cost,technology,insurance and service compensation are beneficial to increase the willingness of vegetable family farms adopt straw incorporation.Under various compensation modes,farms that are more willing to adopt straw incorporation are at a moderate level(between 25%~75%).2)The enthusiasm of large-scale family farms willing to adopt straw incorporation is higher,and technology and insurance compensation have greater influence on their willingness to adopt.Cost and service compensation can encourage small-scale family farms to adopt straw incorporation.3)In the process of encouraging family farms to adopt straw incorporation,cash compensation,technology compensation and service compensation have complementary effects.When the level of technical and service compensation is low,the incentive effect of cash compensation on straw incorporation adoption will be weakened.Technical compensation and service compensation showed substitution effects,and optimization of the two compensation methods can alleviate the technical constraint of straw incorporation.
