摘要
                
                    基于鲍温图拉“南方认识论”的鸿沟界线、缺场社会学、涌现社会学、知识生态、实践艺术等基础上的拉美“南方传播学”从“去殖民性”角度出发,与欧洲中心主义和西方的科学想象决裂,旨在改变支撑西方殖民、资本主义、父权制和发展主义关系之历史根源的叙事或建议,试图成为一个新文明时代的组成部分和另类体系的建构者。拉美“南方传播学”以“南方传播”的名义与“世界信息传播新秩序”斗争在“大变局时代”形成了汇流,但二者有着相似的“批判-乌托邦”特征,都需要强有力的制度和物质力量来担保。这为我国推动构建一种第三世界的文化主体性的生成机制、构建公正的世界信息传播秩序提供了合适的契机。借助“南方传播学”思路,有助于打造全球化的新文化版图,打破新自由主义气息的知识垄断和文化霸权,动员和团结“全球南方力量”的知识生产和行动符合中国的利益。
                
                Based on Boaventura de Sousa Santos’ideas of abyssal lines,sociology of absences,sociology of emergences,ecology of knowledge and artisanship of practices,and starting from the perspective of decoloniality,the Communicology of the South breaks with Eurocentrism and Western scientific imagination and aims to change the narratives or principles that have supported Western colonization,capitalism,patriarchy,and developmentalism so as to become a component of a new era of civilization and an alternative system builder.In the name of“communication of the South”,the Communicology of the South in Latin America sands in the same line with the international struggles for New World Information and Communication Order(NWICO)in today’s“Era of Great Changes”,but both become critical and utopic without strong institutional and material guarantee.This provides an appropriate opportunity for China to promote the construction of a generative mechanism of the cultural subjectivity of Third World and a just world information and communication order.The perspective of Communicology of the South helps to reorganize the new global cultural landscape and break the neo-liberalist knowledge monopoly and cultural hegemony.It is in China’s interest to mobilize and unite knowledge production and action of the forces of the“Global South”.
