摘要
为了全面培养物理人才的综合素质,我们设计并实践了基于OBE理念的物理学术竞赛教育模式。教育模式以培养学习能力、创新能力、实践能力、交流能力、科学精神和德育教育等为产出目标,设计教学课程内容、考核方式和辅助支持,以保证全方位整体化教学目标的实现。通过多年实践探索证明,这种精准实时反馈型的教育模式能够可持续良性发展,取得了显著的育人成效。本模式被多所大学和中学采纳实施,促进了中学和大学的紧密合作和有效衔接。
The education mode of physics tournament based on OBE theory is designed and practiced,in order to cultivate the comprehensive quality of physics talents in all directions.The outcomes goals of the education mode consist of learning,innovation,practicing,communication,scientific spirit,and moral education.Teaching courses,evaluation methods and auxiliary supports are designed implemented to realize the all-round integrated teaching objectives.Through years of practice and exploration,it has been proved that this precise and real-time feedback education model can achieve sustainable and benign development,and has achieved remarkable educational results.This model has been adopted and implemented by many universities and middle schools,which has promoted the close cooperation and effective connection between middle schools and universities.
