摘要
针对目前全自动移栽机取送苗机构运动轨迹复杂、伤苗率高和工作效率低等问题,设计一种全自动移栽机整排取送苗控制系统。控制系统采用PLC作为控制核心控制步进电机和气缸驱动取苗机构完成整排穴盘苗的夹持、取送和苗盘的更换。根据装置工作要求,构建电气控制系统。通过台架试验,进行单因素试验验证,得到夹苗气缸的行程和压力分别为0.7 mm、0.6 MPa。在不同取送频率下对控制系统的定位精度以及整机的工作性能进行试验,试验结果表明:当取送频率为8次/min时取送效果最佳,此时取苗成功率为94.8%,送苗成功率为95.3%,综合损伤率为3.9%,说明该控制系统稳定可靠,定位精度高,满足穴盘苗整排取送的控制要求,可为穴盘苗的整排取送的实现提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of complex movement trajectory,high injury rate of seedlings and low efficiency of the automatic transplanting machine,A whole row of taking and sending seedlings control system for automatic transplanting machine was designed.In the test device,the entire row of seedling-removing manipulators realized the clamping of seedling,taking and sending mechanism realized the entire row of shaking and sending of seedlings,tray replacement mechanism realized the replacement of whole seedling plate.PLC was used as the control core in this control system to control the stepping motors and cylinders to complete the clamping,picking and sending of seedlings and replacement of the whole seedling plate,furthermore.According to the requirement of the device,the electric control system was configured for the prototype,based on demand,prototype was made to carry out experimental research.Single factor showed that when pressure and stroke were 0.7 mm and 0.6 MPa were most suitable for the clamping cylinder.The positioning accuracy of the control system and the working performance of the whole machine were tested under different feeding frequencies,the resultsshowedthatwhen the feeding frequency was 8 times/min,the best feeding effect was obtained.The success rate of taking seedling was 94.8%,the success rate of sending seedlings was 95.3%,and the comprehensive damage rate was 3.9%.The control system was stable and reliable,high positioning accuracy,which was meet the control requirements for transferring a complete row of plug seedlings.The control system provided a reference for the entire row of picking and sending seedlings for transplanting machine.
