公路交通设施与清洁能源融合创新技术与发展 被引量:15

Innovative Technology and Development of Integration of Highway Traffic Facilities and Clean Energy

摘要 近几年随着公路智慧化的逐步推进,以及车路协同、自动驾驶、车辆电动化以及公路交通设施电气化等新业态发展需求的增加,公路沿线新增了大量智能化、网联化交通用电设施。未来公路交通设施对化石能源的依赖与消耗将逐渐增大。为落实党的十九大确立的清洁能源优先发展战略,公路交通设施与以太阳能为主的清洁能源融合发展显得尤为重要。调研了公路交通设施网光伏资源化可行性和潜力,系统分析了公路用电设施负载特性、分布式供电特点和交通基础设施太阳能可开发利用资源等,提出了公路交通设施与太阳能清洁能源融合创新应用技术模式和未来公路交通设施多能源融合发展政策建议,为推动公路与清洁能源深度融合发展和公路未来多元化能源互联网建设提供技术借鉴,以期进一步支撑交通强国建设。 In recent years,with the gradual advancement of highway intelligence and the growth demand for new business forms such as vehicle-road coordination,automatic driving,vehicle electrification and highway transport-facility electrification,a large number of intelligent and network connected transport power facilities have been built along highways.In the future,the dependence and consumption of highway transport facilities on fossil energy will steadily increase.In order to implement the priority development strategy of clean energy established by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the integrated development of highway transport facilities and solar-based clean energy is particularly important.We investigated the feasibility and potential of photovoltaic resource utilization on highway transport facility network,systematically analyzed load characteristics of highway power facilities,distributed power supply characteristics and exploitable resources of solar energy in transport infrastructure.We also put forward an innovative application technology mode of the integration of highway transport facilities and solar-based clean energy,and proposed the policy recommendations about the innovative application technology model for the integration of highway transport facilities and solar clean energy and the development of multi-energy integration of highway transport facilities in the future,so as to provide a technical reference for deep integration of highway and clean energy as well as the construction of diversified energy internet for highways in the future,with a view to further support the construction of a powerful transportation country.
