摘要
目的观察通督调气针联合艾灸对产后尿潴留患者膀胱功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2018年3月—2019年2月收治的73例产后尿潴留患者分成对照组(36例)和观察组(37例),对照组给予通督调气针法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合艾灸治疗,分析并比较2组患者膀胱功能及疼痛程度。结果治疗后,2组残余尿量及视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分均明显较治疗前低,且观察组降低水平较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组膀胱功能恢复效果较对照组优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后尿潴留患者采用通督调气针联合艾灸治疗,能有效调节膀胱功能,减轻疼痛程度,治疗效果较好。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongduo Tiaoqi acupuncture combined with moxibustion on bladder function and pain degree in postpartum urinary retention patients.Methods According to the random number table method,73 postpartum urinary retention patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=37).The control group was given Tongduo Tiaoqi acupuncture,and the observation group was given moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The bladder function and pain degree of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the residual urine volume and visual analogue pain scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the reduction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery of bladder function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with postpartum urinary retention,the use of Tongduo Tiaoqi acupuncture combined with moxibustion can effectively improve bladder function and relieve pain.The therapeutic effect is better.
