摘要
出血性中风是脑病科的常见病和多发病,具有起病急、病死率高、致残率高的特点,严重威胁着人们的生命健康。历代医家对出血性中风的病因病机及临床治疗进行了丰富的论述及探讨,为临床认识与治疗本病提供了有益参考。为系统认识中医药治疗出血性中风的优势与不足,现对近年来中医药治疗出血性中风进行综述。
Hemorrhagic stroke is a common and frequently-occurring disease in encephalopathy.It has the characteristics of acute onset,high mortality,and high disability rate,which seriously threatens people’s life and health.The doctors of previous generations have carried out rich forums and discussion on the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical treatment of hemorrhagic stroke,which provides a useful reference for clinical understanding and treatment of this disease.In order to systematically understand the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke,the recent review of traditional Chinese medicine for hemorrhagic stroke is reviewed.
