摘要
随着经济全球化和粮食安全问题日益加剧,越来越多的国家和企业涉足跨国农用地交易,从而为东道国甚至国际社会带来了经济、社会、生态和政治方面的影响。本文梳理了全球农用地跨国交易的发展历程、主要趋势及对东道国和国际社会产生的重大影响,分析了我国海外农用地投资的现状和未来趋势,以期为我国土地资源"两种资源、两个市场"的利用和参与全球粮食安全治理提供参考。
With the depth development of economic globalization and the increasing of food security problems,more and more countries and enterprises are involved in international land transactions for agriculture,which bringing economic,social,ecological and political influence to the host country and even the international community.This paper summarizes the development history and main trend of international land transactions for agriculture and its significant influence to the host country and the international community.We analyze the current situation and future trend of China’s overseas agricultural land investment to provide references for the strategy of China’s land resource,"two kinds of resources and two markets",and the participation in the global food security governance.
