摘要
针对当前睡眠监测系统操作复杂、干扰睡眠与缺少睡眠质量评估的问题,设计了一种床垫式的睡眠监测与评估系统。在硬件端通过集成在床垫中的薄膜压电传感器、红外传感器和噪声传感器采集用户睡眠过程中的心跳、呼吸、打鼾和体动等信号,实现了准确、便捷、无负荷的睡眠监测过程。在软件端设计了改进型匹兹堡睡眠评价指标,结合采集到的睡眠过程生理数据及受测者主观状态信息进行融合统计分析,从而对用户睡眠质量进行评估,并给出合理的改善意见。实验结果表明,该系统可以有效地监测和评估用户的睡眠状况,各项睡眠指标监测准确率均可达到95%以上,并能准确评估不同睡眠程度用户的睡眠质量。
A mattress-typed sleep monitoring and evaluation system is designed to solve the problems of complex operation,interference with sleep and lack of sleep quality evaluation,which are the problems of current sleep monitoring systems.Hardware such as the integrated thin-film piezoelectric sensors,infrared sensors and noise sensors sample the signals of heartbeat,breathing,snoring and body movement when the user is sleeping.And it enables an accurate,convenient and load-free sleep monitoring process.An improved Pittsburgh sleep evaluation index is also proposed,which combines the collected sleeping physiological data and the subjective feelings,for fusion statistical analysis,so as to evaluate the user′s sleep quality and give reasonable suggestions for improvement of sleep.The experimental results show that the system can achieve an accuracy rate of more than 95%for all sleep indicators and can accurately evaluate the sleep quality of users with different sleep levels.
