摘要
地方综合性大学培养模式普遍陈旧、培养机制僵化、学科交叉不足导致学生科研创新不强,制约了人才培养成效。本文基于协同共赢理论,提出“研创并举、多元融通”人才培养模式,围绕构建“研创并举、多元融通”培养模式、强化农林专业核心竞争力、打造“研创并举”一流课程、组建“双师双能”教师队伍、做实“全程互动”协同育人、完善农林人才培养质量保障体系等方面实施新农科人才培养,为地方综合性大学卓越农林人才培养提供有益借鉴。
In a local comprehensive university, the cultivating mode is generally obsolete, the cultivating mechanism is rigid and the interdisciplinary is lack, these problems have restricted the effect of talent training. In this work, a cultivating mode for training multi-talent agricultural and forestry students by combining research and innovation is present. In order to construct this cultivating mode, it is necessary to strengthen the core competitiveness of agricultural and forestry specialties, to build first-class courses of "the combination of research and innovation", to organize a team of teachers with both major knowledge and engineering practical experience talents, to carry out "whole-course interaction" collaborative education, and to improve the quality assurance system. These measures will provide beneficial reference for the cultivation of outstanding new agricultural science students in local comprehensive university.
