摘要
在产教融合和“新农科”建设的背景下,采用何种人才培养模式实现人才培养与社会需求相匹配,是高校教育工作必须思考和面对的问题。本文从人才培养模式的演变入手,在此基础上结合现行的培养模式及“知农、爱农、强农、兴农”的农科人才培养需求转变,提出“一体两翼”的新型育人模式:以“五有”领军型人才培养为主体,集合政府、高等院校、产业链集群以及行业协会和评价机构多方资源,共同培养有社会责任感、有创新精神、有实践能力、有法治意识和有国际视野的新农科“五有”领军人才。
Under the background of the integration of industry and education and the construction of"new agricultural discipline",what kind of talent training mode should be adopted to match the talent training with the social needs is a problem that must be considered and faced in the work of higher education.This paper started with the evolution of talent training mode.On this basis,combined with the current training mode and the transformation of the training needs of agricultural talents of"knowing agriculture,loving agriculture,strengthening agriculture and prospering agriculture",this paper put forward a new training mode of"one body and two wings".Taking the"Five haves"leading talent training as the main body,through the collection of multiple resources from the government,colleges and universities,industrial chain clusters,industry associations and evaluation institutions,we will jointly cultivate the"Five haves"leading talents of new agricultural discipline with a sense of social responsibility,innovative spirit,practical ability,awareness of the rule of law and international vision.
