摘要
肌筋膜触发点(MTr Ps)是骨骼肌上发现的离散的、高敏感的过度刺激点,与位于紧绷带上的高度敏感性的可触及结节相关。MTr Ps是引起局部疾病和牵涉性疼痛的原因之一,可以引起急性和慢性的局部或全身疼痛。本文就MTr Ps的评估诊断方式以及不同治疗方法干预MTr Ps相关受累肌肉的效果作一综述,为MTr Ps的治疗提供参考。
Myofascial trigger points(MTrPs)are discrete,hypersensitive hyperstimulation points found on skeletal muscle associated with highly sensitive palpable nodules located on tight bands.MTr Ps are a cause of local and referred pain and can cause acute or chronic local or generalized pain.This article provides a review of the diagnostic modalities for the evaluation of MTr Ps and the effects of different therapeutic interventions on the affected muscles associated with MTrPs,providing a reference for the treatment of MTrPs.

第一作者:邢祺,E-mail:18817865078@163.com;通信作者:张辉,E-mail:15001921900@163.com;黄强民,主任医师,教授,博士生导师,国药上海慈源康复医院院长,上海沪东医院疼痛科特聘专家,重庆市体育局高级医疗顾问和西南大学运动康复研究所特聘教授。从医40多年,先后毕业于昆明医学院医疗系、湖南医科大学湘雅二院(骨科硕士)和瑞典皇家医学科学研究院(医学博士)。主持国家自然科学基金及其他省市级课题10多项,发表文章两百余篇,其中SCI收录30多篇、中文核心收录百余篇,出版《肌筋疼痛膜触发点的诊断与治疗》《图解肌筋膜疼痛触发点推拿手法》《跟难缠的疼痛说“拜拜”一一自我拉伸锻炼》和《运动损伤与康复》等专著。
