摘要
鼓励大学生创业是我国增强经济发展活力、提升经济发展水平、促进就业的重要举措。近年来,国家对大学生给予了一系列创业政策支持,有效提高了大学生创业的意愿水平和能力,完善大学生创业支持政策具有重要的理论和实践意义。当前,我国的大学生创业支持政策效用的发挥还存在一些问题,其中,资金支持、政策落实、创业教育不够是主要问题。本文从对大学生创业支持政策的相关研究入手,分析当前创业政策存在的问题,并从大学辅导员的角度出发,分析大学辅导员在促进大学生创业支持政策的落实中起到的独特作用。
Encouraging university students to start their ow n businesses is an important measure for our country to strengthen the vitality and enhance the level of economic development,and promote employment.In recent years,the state has provided a series of entrepreneurial support policies for college students,w hich has effectively promoted college students’w illingness and ability to start a business.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve college students’entrepreneurial support policies.At present,there are still some problems in the effectiveness of the undergraduate entrepreneurship support policy in our country.Among them,financial support,policy implementation,and insufficient entrepreneurship education are the main problems.T his paper starts w ith related researches on entrepreneurial support policies for college students,and then analyzes the problems of current entrepreneurial policies.Lastly,it analyzes the unique role played by university counselors in promoting the implementation and effectiveness of college students’entrepreneurial support policies.
