摘要
在重大疫情下,严峻的形势"倒逼"高校管理者急速提高风险沟通能力,主动发现和解决大学生的风险感知需求。高校同时需要关注到:大学生感知到的风险才是风险沟通所要面对的现实问题。本文基于对当代大学生风险感知的研究和传统风险模式不适应性的认识,总结兰州大学在新冠肺炎疫情防控工作中的实践经验,构建"以学生为中心"的有效风险沟通模式,旨在引导大学生对新冠肺炎疫情风险的理性认知,避免大学生因恐惧、焦虑和无知引发心理障碍而产生新的风险或者扩大风险。
Under the severe epidemic situation,university administrators are forced to rapidly improve the ability of risk communication,actively discover and solve the risk perception needs of college students.At the same time,they need to pay attention to the fact that the risk perceived by college students is the real problem to be faced in risk communication.Based on the research on the risk perception of contemporary college students and the understanding of the inadaptability of traditional risk mode,this paper summarized the practical experience of Lanzhou University in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work,and constructed an effective risk communication mode of“student-centered”,aiming to guide college students to have a rational cognition of the risk of COVID-19 epidemic and to avoid new risks or enlarged risks caused by psychological barriers caused by fear,anxiety and ignorance of college students.
