摘要
头孢地尔是一类新型铁载体头孢菌素类抗菌药,对革兰阴性菌包括耐碳青霉烯类抗生素的菌株均有杀菌活性,临床用于治疗复杂性尿路感染。本文主要对头孢地尔的作用机制、构效关系、药代动力学/药效学、临床疗效和不良反应进行概述。
Cefiderocol is a novel siderophore cehalosporin targeting gram-negative uropathogens,including strains with carbapenem resistance.Cefiderocol is used for the treatment of complicated urinary tract infections.In this article,the action mechanism,structure-activity relationship,pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics,clinical effect and adverse reactions of Cefiderocol are mainly described.
