摘要
完善城市地下综合管廊标准体系是保障城市地下综合管廊高质量发展的基础条件。系统研究了我国城市地下综合管廊标准体系建设现状,分析了城市地下综合管廊全生命周期规划、设计、施工及运维管理相关标准制定的情况,提出现有标准体系中存在的主要问题。针对我国城市地下综合管廊发展特点及需求,从完善规划技术标准、补充经济实用的小型管廊标准、加强综合管廊安全防灾、破解管线入廊技术标准障碍、统一施工验收标准、促进管线入廊和综合管廊有偿使用、加强智慧化管理等方面,提出构建完善城市地下综合管廊技术标准体系的建议。
Improving the standard system of city utility tunnels is the basic condition to ensure the high-quality development of city utility tunnels.The current situation of standard system construction of urban underground utility tunnel in China is systematically studied.The formulation of relevant standards for planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance management of city utility tunnels is analyzed,and the main problems of the current standard system are raised.In view of the development characteristics and needs of the city utility tunnels,the article puts forward suggestions for building and improving the technical standard system of city utility tunnels.Suggestions on improving planning technical standards,supplementing economical small city utility tunnel standards,strengthening city utility tunnel safety and disaster prevention,cracking technical standard barriers for the inclusion of pipelines in the utility tunnel,unifying construction acceptance standards,facilitate the entry of pipelines into the city utility tunnel,promoting paid use of city utility tunnel and strengthen intelligent management.
