摘要
工业化发展是推动社会发展的主要动力之一,其对地下空间的开发利用有着推动作用。首先通过时间维度,以社会发展需求为“桥梁”,梳理归纳近代以来我国各个阶段的工业化与城市地下空间发展历程,再将我国工业化发展过程与城市地下空间发展过程进行横向比较。研究发现我国工业化背景下的城市地下空间发展具有相对滞后性、二元协同性、内外源并存、后发追赶性、开发差异性等特征。然后,立足于我国正在推进的新型基础设施建设战略,并结合5G、物联网、人工智能、大数据的发展,尝试探索新型基础设施建设进程中我国地下空间的开发利用策略,为城市地下空间可持续发展提供参考。
The development of industrialization is one of the main driving forces to promote social development,and it plays a role in promoting the development and utilization of underground space.First,through the time dimension,using the needs of social development as a"bridge",sorting out and summarizing the development process of industrialization and urban underground space in various stages of China since modern times,and then making a horizontal comparison between the development process of Chinese industrialization and the development process of urban underground space.The study found that the development of urban underground space under the background of Chinese industrialization has the characteristics of relative lag,dual synergy,coexistence of internal and external sources,latecomer catching up,and development differences.Then,based on the new infrastructure construction strategy that China is advancing,combined with the development of 5G,IoT,AI,and big data,we try to explore the development and utilization strategy of Chinese underground space in the process of new infrastructure construction,so as to provide urban underground space.It provides a reference for the sustainable development of urban underground space.
