基于驾驶行为和BIM的地下立交数据挖掘分析

摘要 为研究地下立交交安设施对行车安全性与舒适性的影响,以南京某大型互通式地下立交改建后模型为例,采用BIM对地下立交进行三维精细化建模,结合数据挖掘手段对驾驶模拟中车辆数据和驾驶数据进行分析,将地下立交分为入口段、分流段、合流段、出口段和基本段,利用信息化手段开展地下立交行车安全性与舒适性评价。结果表明:研究地下立交行车安全性时,通过决策树算法分析发现入口减速段长度行驶安全性影响最为明显,当减速段长度为40 m时最佳;对于地下立交行车舒适性而言,墙壁颜色对地下立交行车舒适性影响最为明显,通过神经网络中预测刻画器分析发现合适墙壁颜色能降低驾驶员的舒适性损失值和横向加速度,从而提高行车舒适性。 In order to study the influences of underground interchange traffic safety facilities on traffic safety and comfort,taking a large interchange underground interchange model in Nanjing after reconstruction as an example,BIM is used to carry out 3D refinement modeling of the underground interchange.The vehicle data and driving data in driving simulation is analyzed combined with data mining means.Dividing the underground interchange into entrance,diversion,merge,exit,and basic sections,information means is used to carry out underground interchange traffic safety and comfort evaluation.The results show that:When studying the driving safety of underground interchange,the most obvious influence on driving safety is found by the analysis of decision tree algorithm,and it is best when the length of the entrance deceleration section is 40m.For the driving comfort of underground interchange,the wall color has the most obvious influence on the driving comfort of underground interchange,and it is found that the appropriate wall color can reduce the driver's comfort through the analysis of prediction carver in neural network.The wall color has the most obvious influence on the driving comfort of underground interchange.
