摘要
近年来,随着高校的扩招,高校毕业生的就业成了关注的焦点。本文就高校针对当地经济发展,合理修订人才培养方案,密切衔接当地地方经济需求,合理定位,寻求更多校企合作办学模式,在产学研合作模式上的创新展开研究,期望通过产学研合作,带动地方经济发展,也能极大解决高校毕业生的就业问题,从而实现共存共赢。
In recent years,with the expansion of colleges and universities,the employment of college graduates has become in focus of attention.In this article,colleges and universities should properly revise talent training programs for local economic development,closely connect with the local economic requirements,rationally locate,seek more schools-enterprises cooperation school-running models,and start research on innovation in the industry-Academy-research cooperation model.Driving local economic development can also be greatly solved the employment problems of college graduates,thereby achieving coexistence and win-to-win.
