摘要
                
                    为了实现高素质、应用型、创新型人才的培养目标,教学考核应该发挥其评价、促进、保证教学质量的作用。而传统的重结果、轻过程的考核方式让学生只重视期末一次考试,学习不积极、不思考、不创新,不利于学生能力的培养与教学目标的实现。本文以《国际结算》课程为例进行过程化考核改革,提出运用多种考核方式、多维度评价学生的态度、知识掌握程度、综合运用能力,贯穿于整个过程的新型考核方式,其中包括平时考勤、单元测试、案例讨论、期末考试四个部分,并制定了详细的考核内容与要求。实施后转变了学生的学习态度、学习方式、加大了成绩的区分度,并依据成绩可将学生分为全面优秀、传统考试、得过且过、假装认真四类,四种类型反映出了学生的学习问题,有利于教师针对不同类型采取不同的引导手段,促进教学效果的提高。
                
                In order to achieve the goal of training high-quality,applied and innovative talents,teaching assessment should play its role of evaluation,promotion and guarantee of teaching quality.However,the traditional way of assessment,which values the result more than the process,makes the students only pay attention to the final examination,and is not active,thinking and innovative in their study.This paper takes the course of international settlement as an example to carry out the reform of procedural examination.This paper puts forward a new type of assessment method,which is used to evaluate students’attitude,knowledge mastery and comprehensive ability through the whole process.Including attendance at ordinarytimes,unit testing,case discussion,the final exam four parts,and developed a detailed assessment of the content and requirements.After the implementation,students’learning attitude and learning style have been changed,and the distinction between grades has been enlarged;Students can be divided into four categories according to their scores:overall excellent,traditional examination,passing through,and pretending to be serious.The four types reflect the students’learning problems and are conducive to teachers adopting different guidance methods for different types,promote the improvement of teaching effect.
