摘要
电子文件单双套(轨)制研究具有伴生性、持久性和非技术性的特点。电子文件是电子计算机类电子产品的伴生物,电子文件单双套(轨)制研究是电子文件应用与管理需要的伴生物。随着技术和方法的不断发展,需要不断更新理念,将研究在"迭代"中持久地进行下去。电子文件单双套(轨)制是电子文件管理中,最核心的非电子技术管理措施。
The research on single and double track system of electronic records has the characteristics of accompany-ing,lasting and non-technical.Electronic records are the companion of electronic products of electronic computer,andthe research of single and double sets(track)of electronic records is the accompany of the application and manage-ment of electronic records.With the continuous development of technology and methods,we need to constantly updatethe concept and carry out the research in the"iteration"for a long time.Time single and double sets(track)system ofelectronic records is the most important non electronic technology management measure in electronic records manage-ment.
