摘要
档案与文件有着天然、广泛、紧密的关系。电子文件研究始终是档案界研究的重要内容,但不是档案界的本职任务。电子文件是信息技术发展的产物,受技术发展的影响与限制。其研究始终处于动态变化过程当中,同时又具有明显的非技术特性。电子文件"单套制"已成趋势,档案人如果看待与对待这一趋势,事关档案及其承载信息的存留与灭失。
Archives and records have a natural,extensive and close relationship.The research of electronic records is always an important content in the field of archives research,but it is not archives research’s own task.Electronic records is the product of the development of information technology,which is affected and restricted by the development of technology.Its research is always in the process of dynamic change,but also has obvious non-technical characteristics.The"single set system"of electronic records has become a trend.If archivists treat this trend,it is related to the retention and loss of archives and their information.
