摘要
国务院于2019年2月正式出台《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》,明确提出"研究制订粤港澳大湾区城市群发展规划",将粤港澳大湾区规划上升为国家战略。在此背景下,粤港澳大湾区跨境电商发展迅速。本文采用文献研究法和定性研究法,通过收集粤港澳大湾区各城市跨境电商发展的相关资料和数据,并结合各地方政府对跨境电商发展的政策,分析该区域跨境电商发展现状。在此基础上,指出了各城市在粤港澳大湾区建设发展中的优势与劣势,并针对跨境电商发展中存在的问题,提出了一些解决措施,从而有利于粤港澳大湾区跨境电商的健康发展。
On February 2019,the State Council formally issued the〈Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area〉,which clearly proposed to"study and formulate the Development Plan for the City cluster of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area",and upgraded the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to the national strategy.Under this background,cross-border E-business in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has been developing rapidly.This paper adopts literature study method and qualitative method,by collecting a large bay area of Guangdong Cities-Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Hong Kong,Macao and other two area nine cities cross-border E-business development related information and data,and combined with the local government on the development of cross-border E-business policy,analyze the current situation of the development of the regional cross-border E-business,sums up and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each city development,and puts forward some constructive solutions,designed to promote the rapid development of a large bay area of Guangdong cross-border E-business.
