摘要
通过对大学生的心理资本和社交媒体依赖症现状的调研,发现大学生社交媒体依赖症和心理资本之间存在明显的负相关关系。因此,提升心理资本可以适度干预大学生社交媒体依赖症。本研究基于对大学生的心理资本特点,结合Luthans的PCI模型和Snyder提出的包容过去,珍惜现在,寻找未来的机会三项措施。从希望、自我效能、乐观和坚韧四个维度设计出大学生心理资本提升方案,以达到对社交媒体依赖症干预的效果。
Through the investigation of College Students’psychological capital and social media dependence,it is found that there is a significant negative correlation between the social media dependence and the psychological capital.Therefore,improving psychological capital can intervene moderately the college students’social media dependence.This study is based on the characteristics of College Students’psychological capital,combined with Luthans’PCI model and Snyder’s three measures:Including the past,cherishing the present and looking for future opportunities.From the hope,self-efficacy,optimism and tenacity four dimensions to design college students’psychological capital improvement program,in order to achieve the effect of social media dependence intervention.
