摘要
文章分析了高校干部人事档案信息化工作开展应具备的条件以及信息化项目中应当注意的问题,为高校干部人事档案信息化工作的档案数字化和高效、安全、未来发展提供借鉴。
This article analyzes the preconditions and essential problems to pay attention of university cadres personnel archives informatization project.In the aim of providing advices to the future development of archives digitization and high efficient security.
