摘要
2020年,一场突发的疫情席卷全球,让本来就充满变化的时代更加复杂。高校学生干部是高校管理工作开展的十分重要的一支队伍,培育能够应对这个多变时代的领导力具有重要意义。本文回顾了领导力的定义,梳理了大学生和高校干部领导力内涵的研究。对疫情后时代领导力情境的特点进行了思考,并以此为基础,提出高校学生干部核心领导力由品德力、变革力、共情力、学习力四个内容组成。最后,本文从六个方面探讨了高校学生干部领导力培育的途径。
In 2020,an outbreak has swept the world,complicating an already volatile era.College student cadre is an important team in college administration.It is of great significance to cultivate college student cadres who have the leadership to cope with the changing times.This paper reviewed the definition of leadership and sorts out the research on the connotation of leadership of college students and college student cadres.Based on the consideration of the characteristics of the leadership situation in the post-pandemic era,it is proposed that the core leadership of college student cadres consists of moral ability,transformational ability,empathy ability and learning ability.Finally,this paper discussed the ways to cultivate the leadership of college student cadres from six aspects.
