摘要
住院医师自我管理是以住院医师为主导的文化建设,可以调动住院医师内在积极性,提高住院医师规范化培训的依从性,有助于提高培训质量,需引起更多重视。该文以复旦大学附属华山医院住院医师自我管理模式为例,探讨了如何建立住院医师自我管理组织、如何依托医院文化建设平台推动住院医师文化建设、如何设计住院医师文化建设实施方案、如何利用网络平台展示住院医师自我管理与文化建设成效,阐述住院医师自我管理的作用与意义,并探讨了如何分步骤实现住院医师自我管理目标。
Residents’self-management is a cultural construction dominated by residents.It is an effective means to mobilize the internal enthusiasm of residents and improve the compliance of standardized residency training.Thus it needs more attention.This paper discusses how to establish the organization of residents’selfmanagement relying on the hospital culture construction platform,how to promote the construction of residents’culture relying on the overall cultural construction of the hospital,how to design the implementation scheme of residents’cultural construction,and how to display the effectiveness of residents’self-management and culture construction by the network platform,It also expounds the role and significance of residents’self-management,and discusses how to achieve the goal of the residents’self-management step by step.
