摘要
聚焦某学科领域热点策划出版专刊/专栏是科技期刊获取优秀稿源的重要方式,也是科技期刊学术编辑必备的能力之一。从发挥学术编辑主观能动性角度出发,以本文作者近期独立策划的"无人机前沿技术"专刊/"中国北斗导航技术"专栏为实例,从培养学术敏感性、撰写策划报告、后续跟进及常见问题3大方面,总结分析学术编辑策划完成专刊/专栏所应具备的能力和实施要领。
It is an important way for academic journals to obtain excellent manuscripts while focusing on a subject area hotspot to publish special issue/column,and it is also one of the necessary skills for editors.From the perspective of exert subjective initiative of editors,this paper choose"Emerging Technologies of UAV"special issue and"Beidou Navigation Technology of China"special column as an example to summarize the capabilities and implementation essentials of academic editors while planning to complete special issues/columns from cultivation of academic sensitivity,writing planning reports,follow up ability and some normal problems.
