摘要
2019新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,被世界卫生组织列为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件,严重影响公众健康、社会稳定和经济发展。科技学术期刊快速发布相关最新攻关成果,对疫情防控、诊疗救治、科学用药、理性应对具有重要的技术支撑和指导作用。本文针对2019年12月以来暴发并快速蔓延的新型冠状病毒肺炎,分析疫情防控攻坚阶段科技学术期刊的责任与使命,以及组稿、审稿、编辑加工、排版、校对、网络首发等出版中面临的困境;结合《暨南大学学报》的《新冠肺炎防治》专栏的工作实践,探讨期刊提升突发公共事件中编辑出版能力的应对策略,以供同人参考。
The outbreak of corona virus disease 2019( COVID-19)epidemic was listed by the World Health Organization as an Public Health Emergency of International Concern, seriously affecting public health,social stability and economic development. A quick response and release of the latest research results for scientific journals will provide important technical support and guidance for epidemic prevention and control, diagnosis and treatment,scientific medication, and rational response. Thus, this article analyzes the responsibilities and missions of scientific journals during the epidemic prevention and control phase, and the dilemmas faced in the publishing,reviewing,editing,typesetting,proofreading,and online publishing of COVID-19 that has occurred and rapidly spread since December 2019. In addition,together with the specific work practice of the"Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19"column of this journal,this paper further explores the coping strategies for improving the editing and publishing ability of the journal in emergencies.
