摘要
目的探讨2020年北京市朝阳区居民传染病防治素养及影响因素。方法采用分层多阶段整群抽样的抽样方法,于2020年分别从北京市朝阳区的中学、高校、功能单位和社区抽取选取调查对象,采用面对面问卷调查的方式收集数据,采用多因素logistic回归方程分析居民传染病防治素养现状及影响因素。结果共收集问卷2053份,有效问卷2013份,有效率为98.05%。具备传染病防治素养的居民1279名(63.54%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,女性(OR=1.461,95%CI:1.204~1.773,P<0.001)、大专/本科及以上(OR=1.800,95%CI:1.357~2.388,P<0.001)的居民,传染病防治素养更高,农民(OR=0.265,95%CI:0.154~0.458,P<0.001)则更低。结论2020年,大部分北京市朝阳区居民具备传染病防治素养,但仍有薄弱环节。后续传染病健康教育工作应重点关注男性、低学历人群和农民群体。
Objective To explore the literacy and influencing factors of infectious disease prevention and control among residents in Beijing Chaoyang District in 2020.Methods The stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select the residents from middle schools,universities,functional units and communities respectively in Beijing Chaoyang District in 2020.Data were collected by face-to-face questionnaire survey,and the influencing factors of literacy of infectious disease prevention and control(LIDPC)were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression equation.Results A total of 2053 questionnaires were collected,of which 2013 were valid,with an effective rate of 98.05%.A total of 1279 resident had LIDPC(63.54%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female(OR=1.461,95%CI:1.204-1.773,P<0.001)and residents who had junior college/bachelor's degree or above(OR=1.800,95%CI:1.357-2.388,P<0.001)had higher IDSHL,while farmers(OR=0.265,95%CI:0.154-0.458,P<0.001)had lower LIDPC.Conclusions The mojority of residents in Beijing Chaoyang District in 2020 have a higher IDSHL,but there are still weak points in IDSHL.Follow-up health education on infectious diseases should focus on men,people with low academic qualifications and farmers.
