摘要
大众传播在现代社会中发挥重要作用,多样化的传播方式日益成为博物馆发展的动力。中国博物馆的公共教育活动模仿、借用了大众传播的形式,并对其进行"重混";大众传播的内容则对博物馆的形象与场域产生冲击,将博物馆功能导向娱乐化。博物馆的另一功能是抵制人类自然的遗忘潮流,让观众能够长期关注一些教育性或指导性的内容。博物馆必须批判性地考虑大众传播的形式和内容,通过不断重塑自我寻求成为更受观众聚焦与更具群体导向作用的社会机构。
Mass communication is playing an essential role in modern society,and diversified modes of communication have become the driving force for the development of museums.Public education activities of Chinese museums employ and rearrange the form of mass communication;meanwhile,the content of mass communication has an impact on museums’image and range,guiding the museum function toward entertainment.As another function of museums is to resist human’s natural trend of forgetting,museums should keep the visitors’focus on long-term educational and instructional content.Museums also need to critically consider the form and content of mass communication and become more visitor-focused and community-oriented through self-remodeling.
