摘要
2022冬奥大背景下,冰雪文化如何普及,"三亿人参与冰雪运动"如何实现,都是学界、业界孜孜探求之问题。运用文献资料法、访谈法等,对雪合战这一新兴冰雪运动做一推介,对其在我国的发展现状予以审视,以求更好地为冬奥蓄力,为项目的发展注入理论的血液,也为大众走上冰雪提供一个新的选择。主要结论:雪合战是目前我国唯一的原生态同场对抗性雪上团体运动,具有重要的教育价值、健身娱乐价值和生态价值。作为冰雪文化的优秀载体,其丰富了冰雪项目设置,弥补了冬季雪上团体项目空白,助推了"三亿人参与冰雪运动"。发展困境:项目定位不够明晰,推广格局有待完善;自身发展力量孱弱,融合度不高;运动员水平较低,项目专业人才匮乏;收入来源较为单一,知识产权盗版问题突出;器材设备过于依赖进口,自主创新能力不强。建议:明确项目发展定位,形成全方位、多层次的立体推广格局;创建"雪合战+"模式,实现融合发展;完善"三员"人才培养体系;构建多元收入来源,加强知识产权保护意识;软硬兼施,加强创新和科技支撑。
Under the background of 2022 Winter Olympic Games,how to popularize ice and snow culture and how to realize“300 million people on ice and snow”are all the problems that the academic circle are searching for.By using the methods of literature and interview,this paper introduces the yukigassen,and examines its development status in China,in order to better store energy for the Winter Olympics,inject theoretical blood into the development of the project,and provide a new choice for the public to embark on the ice and snow.The main conclusion is that yukigassen is the only original ecological group sport in China,which has important educational value,fitness and entertainment value and ecological value.As an excellent carrier of ice and snow culture,it enriches the setting of ice and snow projects,makes up for the gap of winter snow group projects,and promotes“300 million people on ice and snow”.Development dilemma:the project positioning is not clear enough,and the promotion pattern needs to be improved;the development force is weak,and the integration degree is not high;the level of athletes is low,and the project professionals are scarce;the source of income is relatively single,and the problem of intellectual property piracy is prominent;the equipment and equipment are too dependent on imports,and the ability of independent innovation is not strong.Suggestions:make clear the development orientation of the project,form a comprehensive and multi-level three-dimensional promotion pattern;create a“yukigassen+”mode,realize integrated development;improve the“three members”talent training system;build a multi-source of income,strengthen the awareness of intellectual property protection;implement both hard and soft,strengthen innovation and scientific and technological support.
