摘要
腹泻是临床多发病,《难经·五十七难》精简概述,将其分为"胃泄,脾泄,大肠泄,小肠泄,大瘕泄",归类合称"五泄",各责相应脏或腑。《难经·五十七难》中虽无"五泄"之治法,但胡玲教授深研原文,认为虽然文中并未列出五泄的具体治法,在临床接诊腹泻患者时,若懂得如何辨证,治法自然也就呼之欲出。故其基于《难经·五十七难》,对临床腹泻分类辨析,并执简驭繁以治之。文章浅析其从《难经·五十七难》辨治腹泻的临床经验,并附验案一则。
Diarrhea is a frequent disease,which was described concisely in the Nanjing·Fifty-seventh Question.It was classified as‘stomach discharge,spleen discharge,large intestine discharge,small intestine discharge,Daxia discharge’,which were called‘five types of diarrhea’in the book,each type was attributed to the corresponding viscera.Although there was no treatment method of‘five types of diarrhea’in the book of Nanjing·Fifty-seventh Question,professor HU Ling deeply studied the original text and believed that the specific treatment method of‘five types of diarrhea’was not listed in the paper,but the treatment method would naturally come out if we knew how to treat based on syndrome differentiation when treating diarrhea patients.On the basis of the‘five types of diarrhea’of Nanjing·Fifty-seventh Question,she classified and treated clinical diarrhea in a simple and effective way.This article would analyze professor HU’s clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea from Nanjing·Fifty-seventh Question and attach an example to the case.
