摘要
本文在中西方"有机体"思维传统的基础上,从马克思的"社会有机体"理论出发,努力发展出政治有机体理论,并在这种理论视角下,发展出衡量各国政治健康度的指标体系。这套体系在认为人类历史有一个远期方向的前提下,承认现实各国发展道路和政治生活的多样性,在这种多样性的基础上,努力寻找以"政治健康"为中心的同质性标准。这种同质性标准将能有效克服现有治理指标体系研究中的一些偏见和缺陷。
This article develops a theory of political organism extended from the"social organism"theory by Karl Marx and similar thoughts in Chinese and Western tradition.Based on the theory,we try to develop an index system of political health which acknowledges the varieties of political life and explores common standards to measure political health in different countries.This endeavor is hopeful to overcome certain bias and defects of the existed systems of governance index.
