摘要
比较政治视角下立宪主义和地区一体化的发展及其理论思考,主要围绕主权国家利益和国际地位而展开,两者关系影响着国家精英群体对于现代性问题的话语重构。泰国、菲律宾和缅甸等国的立宪主义转型,折射出不同政治行为体对于历史文化、制度变迁和内外环境等复杂问题的深入思考。研究立宪主义与地区一体化发展相关性这一个宏大命题,不仅需要对不同国家的政治思想进行谱段分野研究,而且更需要有批判性的建树,需要重构基于不同地区和国家历史特性、现实政治需求的叙事系统。
The development and theoretical thinking of constitutionalism and regional integration from a comparative political perspective has always been carried out around the interests and status of sovereign states,and it also affects the discourse reconstruction of the national elite group on the issue of modernity.Constitutionalist transitions in countries such as the Thailand,Philippines,and Myanmar all reflect the deep thinking of different actors on complex issues such as historical culture,institutional changes,and internal and external environments.The grand proposition of the relevance of constitutionalism and regional development requires not only a study of the spectrum of political thought in Europe and the United States,but also critical achievement and the reconstruction of narrative system of realistic politics based on the historical characteristics of different regions and countries.
