摘要
随着风电机组向大兆瓦方向发展,风力机塔架的高柔特性愈发显著,在风、波浪及地震等运动荷载下塔架的振动日益明显,易造成机舱内齿轮、传动轴和发电机等零部件啮合失效,以及塔架底部的连接螺栓松动、剪断,严重时可能导致整个风力机组发生损毁等恶性灾害事故。因此,风力发电机塔架结构的振动控制问题已成为前风电产业亟待解决的关键问题之一。文章在简述风力发电机塔架结构形式及振动特性的基础上,回顾国内外塔架减振控制的研究现状,梳理相关振动控制方法及减振装置所取得的研究成果,展望塔架振动控制未来研究趋势。
With the development of wind turbines toward megawatts,the high flexibility of wind turbine towers becomes more and more significant,and the vibration of towers under operating loads such as wind,wave and earthquake becomes more and more obvious.These loads tend to cause meshing failure of gears,shafts,generators and other parts in the engine room,looseness and shear of connecting bolts at the bottom of the tower,and may lead to damage of the whole wind turbine and other malignant disasters.Therefore,the vibration control of the fan tower structure has become one of the key problems to be solved urgently in the wind power industry.Based on a brief description of the structure and vibration characteristics of the tower of the wind turbine,this paper reviews the research status of vibration control of the tower at home and abroad.In addition,the paper summarizes the research results of related vibration control methods and vibration reduction devices,and forecasts the research trend of tower vibration control in the future.
