摘要
风力发电机组现场调试效率,直接关系主机成本、发电量及后续运维成本。鉴于风电行业具有成本高、工程量大、多学科较差、多项目多配置等因素,文章引入现代工业工程学理论,将人、设备、物料或零部件、信息和环境等生产系统要素进行优化配置,以降低陆上和海上风场调试成本为目标,进行系统规划与设计、评价与创新,在保证产品质量的同时,提高现场调试效率、减少成本,并进行了工程示范应用验证,形成了相应的调试规范和验收规范,有利于后续批量提升产品调试效率和质量。
The on-site commissioning efficiency of wind turbine is directly related to the host cost,power generation and subsequent operation and maintenance cost.In view of the high cost,large quantities,poor multi-disciplinary,multi project and multi configuration of the wind power industry,the theory of modern industrial engineering is introduced to optimize the allocation of production system elements such as people,equipment,materials or parts,information and environment,so as to carry out system planning,design,evaluation and innovation with the goal of reducing the cost of on-site commissioning,While ensuring the product quality,it improves the on-site commissioning efficiency and reduces the cost,and carries out the engineering demonstration and application verification,forming the corresponding commissioning specifications and acceptance specifications,which is conducive to the subsequent batch improvement of product commissioning efficiency and quality.
