摘要
【目的】探讨思维导图的教学方法在诊断学问诊技能训练中的应用价值。【方法】选取2015级临床医学专业的本科学生60名,数字随机法随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用标准化病人联合思维导图的教学方法。对照组采用传统的教学方法。两组学生在问诊培训结束后进行问诊考试、问卷调查。【结果】训练结束后,实验组的问诊技能考试成绩(89.12±4.25)显著高于对照组(81.37±5.28),实验组的问诊理论考试成绩(88.38±5.18)显著高于对照组(81.12±4.92),P<0.05。问卷结果显示,实验组学生经过培训后在学习积极性、学习效果、掌握知识的程度、自主学习方面都有显著提高,P<0.05。【结论】在问诊训练中应用思维导图联合标准化病人教学法能够有效地提高学生的问诊理论和实践操作能力,增加学习积极性,提高学生的知识掌握和运用能力,值得在诊断学技能训练方面广泛应用。
Objective:To explore the application value of the teaching method of mind map in diagnostics and inquiry skills training.Methods:A total of 60 undergraduate students of the 2015 clinical medicine specialty were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number method.The experimental group used the teaching method of standardized patient combined mind mapping.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods.Two groups of students conducted examinations and questionnaires after the end of training.Results After the training,the scores of examination skills in the experimental group(89.12±4.25)were significantly higher than those in the control group(81.37±5.28).The scores of the theoretical examinations in the experimental group(88.38±5.18)were significantly higher than those in the control group(81.12±4.92),P<0.05.The results of the questionnaire showed that the students in the experimental group had significant improvement in learning enthusiasm,learning effect,level of knowledge acquisition,and autonomous learning after training,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of mind mapping combined with standardized patient teaching in the training of interviews can effectively improve the students’theory of inquiry and practice,increase their enthusiasm for learning,and improve the ability of students to master and use knowledge.It is worthwhile to widely apply diagnostic skills training.
