护理高职生心理健康现状调查 被引量:1

Mental Health Status in Higher Vocational Nursing Students

摘要 目的:探讨护理高职生心理健康现况及相关因素,为促进护理高职生心理健康提供理论参考。方法:对福建省2所医学院校1678名护理高职生进行问卷调查,调查内容包括社会人口学特征和心理健康评定。结果:是否单亲家庭的护理高职生人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性及SCL-90得分差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);除敌对因子以外,基础学历不同的护理高职生SCL-90总分及各因子分差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);不担任班干部同学在恐怖症状因子分高于担任班干部同学(p<0.05);护理高职生强迫因子分高于护理本科生,其余8个症状因子分均低于护理本科生(p<0.05);除抑郁、焦虑因子外,护理高职生SCL-90其余各因子分均高于护理硕士生(p<0.05);护理高职生强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖等得分高于全国青年常模(p<0.05);除人际关系敏感、恐怖因子外,护理高职生SCL-90其余因子得分均低于全国大学生常模(p<0.05);护理高职生恐怖因子得分高于全国大学生常模、全国青年常模(p<0.05)。回归分析显示,高中学理科的护理高职生更容易出现心理健康问题(B=-0.732,p<0.001)。结论:护理高职生心理健康状况一般,高中学理科的护理高职生更容易出现心理健康问题。 Objective To examine the mental health status and related factors in higher vocational nursing students,and to provide reference of effective intervention.Methods A survey with questionnaire including social demographic characteristics and assessment of mental health was conducted among students in two medical colleges in Fujian Province.Result The global SCL-90 and interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,paranoia and psychosis showed significant differences at different family type(p<0.05).Except hostility factor,the global SCL-90 and its other factors showed significant differences at different basic education backgrounds(p<0.05).The fear factor score was higher in no class leader than in class leader(p<0.05).The obsession factor score was higher in higher vocational nursing students than in nursing undergraduates,and the score of the remaining 8 symptom factors were lower than that of nursing undergraduates(p<0.05).Except depression and anxiety factors,the scores of other factors of scl-90 were higher in higher vocational nursing students than in nursing masters(p<0.05).The obsession,sensitivity of interpersonal relationship,anxiety and fear factors scores were higher in higher vocational nursing students than in national youth norm.(p<0.05)Except sensitivity of interpersonal relationship and fear factors,the scores of other seven factors of scl-90 were lower in higher vocational nursing students than in national undergraduate norm(p<0.05).The fear factor score was higher in higher vocational nursing students than in national youth norm,national undergraduate norm(p<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the immigrants who high school chose science was more likely to have mental problems.Conclusion Mental health of higher vocational nursing students is general,who high school chose science was more likely to have mental problems.
