后疫情时代食品安全与日常饮食课程在线教学实践路径

Online Teaching Practice and Reflections on Food Safety and Daily Diet Courses in the Post-Epidemic Era

摘要 在新冠肺炎疫情防控的特殊时期,为实现停课不停教、停课不停学以及线上线下实质等效的教学目标,高等院校均大规模地采用在线课程教学方式,这既是做好疫情防控的应急之举,也是大范围使用现代化信息技术实现高等教育网络教学的探索与实践。食品安全与日常饮食课程作为面向大学生选修的通识教育类课程,依据问题或任务教学模式(PBL)的教学理念,对网络教学平台的选择、在线教学内容的更新、课前预习及课后作业的设计和课程教学目标的达成及课程思政建设等方面进行教学实践与改革,帮助大学生理论联系实际,激发大学生的学习兴趣。食品安全与日常饮食课程教学改革与实践结果表明,大学生学习热情高,学习食品安全与日常饮食课程效果较好。 In the special period of prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,in order to achieve the goal of suspension of classes without stopping learning,suspension of classes without stopping teaching,and substantial and equivalent teaching,colleges and universities have adopted online course teaching methods on a large scale,which is not only an emergency measure to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control,but also an exploration and practice of large-scale use of modern information technology to achieve online teaching.Food Safety and Daily Diet Course,as a general education course for college students,according to the teaching concept of Problem-Based Learning(PBL),the choice of online teaching platform,the update of online teaching content,the design of pre-class and after-class homework,the achievement of course teaching objectives,and the ideological and political construction of the curriculum have been practiced and reformed,so as to help college students integrate theory with practice and stimulate college students'interest in learning.The results of teaching reform and practice show that college students have high enthusiasm for learning,and the effectiveness of learning food safety and daily diet courses is good.
