摘要
本文将知识分享与知识隐藏纳入同一研究框架,提出了合作创新中的"知识分享—隐藏平衡"构念,通过案例研究揭示了其内涵,发现平衡包括维持优势、知识利用、协调有效、互利共赢和合作满意五个维度,进而通过大样本分析开发并检验了平衡测量量表,给出了合作创新中"知识分享—隐藏平衡"的定义;提供了识别和度量合作创新绩效与可持续性的平衡、合作创新双方当前利益与未来利益的平衡的工具,以及合作创新风险识别和控制机制,从反直觉的视角揭示了知识分享的消极作用和知识隐藏的积极作用。
It’s necessary to propose an expanded framework of knowledge sharing and hiding balance(KSHB)that includes knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding.According to case study,the KSHB is recognized as a multidimensional construct that includes sustaining advantage,knowledge utilization,effective coordination,mutual benefit and satisfactory cooperation.Empirical evidence not only defines the KSHB but also develops and supports the use of the knowledge sharing and hiding balance scale(KSHBS)as a valid and reliable multidimensional measure.The KSHBS provides not only an identification and measurement tool for the balance between the performance and sustainability of cooperation and innovation and between the current and future interests of both parties,but also underlying mechanism for identification and control of cooperative and innovative risk.As a counter-intuitive view,it reveals the negative effect of knowledge sharing and the positive effect of knowledge hiding.
