摘要
随着我国会展业的快速发展,技能型、应用型和复合型会展专门人才培养日益迫切。会展人才培养主体却面临着难以形成稳定的学科体系、学生实践环节表面化、会展专业建设和人才培养信心危机等困境。按照SECI模型,可以从社会化、表出化、联结化、内在化四个层面构建会展专业人才培养的路径。在突破会展专业人才培养困境的方略上,要在表出化阶段建设稳定的学科体系,在内在化阶段深化实践教学,在社会化、表出化和联结化阶段提高建设会展专业的信心。
With the rapid development of China’s Convention and Exhibition industry, it is increasingly urgent to train skilled, applied and composite Convention and Exhibition talents. But the main body of exhibition talents training is facing difficulties in forming a stable discipline system, superficial level of students’ practice, confidence crisis about exhibition major construction and talent training. According to SECI model, we can construct the training path of exhibition talents from four levels: socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Following this training path, we can focus on building a stable discipline system in the stage of presentation, deepening practical teaching in the stage of internalization, enhancing confidence in the construction of exhibition major in the stage of socialization,externalization and combination.
