摘要
一个班级有序健康的发展需要和谐团结的氛围,班级凝聚力则是一个班集体的重要指标,也是班主任工作的一项重要项目。班级凝聚力的形成需要一个过程,这个过程需要班主任和班级成员通过各种方式进行凝聚力的建设和提升。如何能够快速塑造和提升班级凝聚力往往是一个新生班主任需要思考的问题,通过五年制高职班主任的经历发现,集体活动是塑造和提升班级凝聚力的一种有效方式。
The orderly and healthy development of a class needs a harmonious and United atmosphere.Class cohesion is an important indicator of a class,and also an important project of the work of a class teacher.The formation of class cohesion needs a process,which requires the construction and promotion of cohesion by the head teacher and class members in various ways.How to quickly shape and enhance the class cohesion is often a problem that a new class teacher needs to think about.Through the experience of the five-year higher vocational class teacher,it is found that collective activity is an effective way to shape and enhance the class cohesion.
