摘要
高职院校是我国高等教育的独特形式,也是应用型人才输出的重要基地。自高等教育改革之后,我国的职业院校发展十分迅猛,在数量上和质量上都实现了很大的进步,为我国的社会主义建设培养了众多优秀的人才。在社会主义发展的新时期,社会对应用型人才提出了新的要求,不仅需要专业的技术能力,同时还需要具有崇高的道德和职业修养,才能承担起社会建设和发展的责任。因此,在新时期的高职院校思想政治教育中,树立立德树人的教学理念十分必要,也是一项十分重要的任务。文章通过对高职院校思想政治教育中存在的问题进行分析,提出在思政教学中立德树人理念的培养相关策略,供相关教育工作者做参考和借鉴。
Higher vocational college is a unique form of higher education in China,and also an important place for application-oriented talents output.Since the reform of higher education,the development of vocational colleges in China is very rapid,which has achieved great achievements in quantity and quality,and has provided many excellent talents for the socialist construction in China.In the new era of socialist development,the society puts forward new requirements for applied talents,which requires not only professional technical ability,but also lofty morality and professional accomplishment,so as to assume the responsibility for social construction and development.Therefore,in the ideological and political education of Higher Vocational Colleges in the new era,It is necessary and an important task to set up the teaching concept of moral education.Through the analysis of the problems in the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the relevant strategies of cultivating the idea of neutral morality and cultivating people in the ideological and political teaching,which can be used for reference by the relevant educators.
