摘要
作为一名辅导员,秉持高校是一个"育人共同体"理念。在协同育人视域下从协同主题与目标互通性、协同内容与实践方向的互补性、协同方式与育人方法互鉴性角度审视如何实现双向提升专业教师与辅导员职业素质与协同育人能力,在青年大学生的"拔节孕穗"期双向把握"守渠者"角色、履行"种田人"担当都具有重要意义。辅导员可从学生日常生活实际出发以思想政治教育为切入角度考究如何实现与专业教师的协同协作、同向同行、互联互通的育人机制的建构。
As a counselor,we should uphold the idea that colleges and universities are a"community of education".In the perspective of collaborative education,from the perspective of interoperability of collaborative theme and goal,complementarity of collaborative content and practice direction,mutual learning of collaborative way and education method,this paper examines how to realize the two-way improvement of professional quality and collaborative education ability of professional teachers and counselors,and how to grasp the role of"channel keeper"and fulfill the role of"field sower"in the"booting"period of young college students Of great significance.From the perspective of Ideological and political education,counselors can start from the students’daily life world to study how to realize the construction of the education mechanism of collaboration,peer-to-peer and interconnection with professional teachers.
