摘要
随着社会的发展与经济建设的加速,企业在市场竞争中发生了不同程度的运作模式转换,与此同时采购与供应管理更是步入了一个全新的历史阶段。鉴于此,传统的高职院校《采购与供应管理》课程已经无法满足时代发展的需要,必须要从提升学生创新能力的角度进行教学改革与创新,为国家培养出更多、更好的采购与供应管理专业人才。下面就结合实际教学经验,对创新能力培养下的《采购与供应管理》课程教学改革进行研究。
With the development of society and the acceleration of economic construction, the enterprises have changed their operation mode in the market competition. At the same time, the purchase and supply management has stepped into a new historical stage. In view of this, the traditional higher vocational colleges "Procurement Management and Supply" course has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the times, it must be from the perspective of improving students’ innovative ability to carry out teaching reform and innovation. The following on the basis of practical teaching experience, the innovation ability of the "Procurement and Supply Management" course teaching reform research.
