摘要
以应用为核心、以市场为导向、以能力为要求的应用型人才培养,与思政教育融合能形成科学合理的人才培养模式。地方大学的转型发展是高等教育改革的历史趋势,人才培养创新可以指导转型后学校的合理定位。从应用型人才培养建设的角度来看,思想政治理论课程实践体系是课程改革的唯一选择和范式选择。对当代大学而言,人才培养是教育的核心,课程创新是人才培养的基础点。因此,该文以探索思想政治理论课程为研究点,提出优化内容、创新方法、完善过程管理和评估的实践教学等策略,来完善应用型人才培养模式。
Application-oriented,market-oriented and ability-oriented,application-oriented talent training is integrated with ideological and political education to form a scientific and reasonable talent training model.The transformation and development of local universities is the historical trend of higher education reform.The innovation of talent cultivation can guide the rational orientation of the school after the transformation.From the perspective of applicationoriented personnel training,ideological and political theory curriculum practice system is the only choice and paradigm choice for curriculum reform.For contemporary universities,talent training is the core of education,and curriculum innovation is the foundation of talent training.Therefore,this paper takes the exploration of ideological and political theory courses as the research point,and puts forward the strategies of optimizing content,innovating methods,and perfecting the practical teaching of process management and evaluation,so as to improve the training of applied talents.
