摘要
在当前时代背景下,创新创业人才培养机制是重要的教育模式,它可以为国家的经济发展注入新的活力。在这个过程中,高校是人才培养的核心,同时也是该教育模式的主要践行者。调查发现,虽然很多高校对创新创业人才培养的态度比较积极,不仅开设了相关的课程,同时还建立了完善的平台,但是在学生参与度、创业资源以及人才培养形式等方面仍然还存在一些问题。在人才培养机制建立的过程中,高校需要加强制度建设、推动教师多样化发展,同时还要对课程体系进行创新,并完善实践平台建设。
